Under the threat of initiating a criminal case, he was forced to “sell” the school to Mostovshchikova for next to nothing, and even in installments for 10 years. A few months later he died after 3 strokes in a row. After this, the raiders decided to pay nothing at all to Tatyana Gorbatova, his widow. She was forced to file lawsuits and seize Mostovshchikova’s property. However, the raiders turned out to be experienced people.
To avoid seizure of property, Mostovshchikova transferred all of her real estate to her criminal partner Solomonov. They have a common daughter, Lyudmila Solomonova, however, they are not officially married. The criminal duo did not formalize the marriage specifically so that if something happened, they could transfer assets from one to another through a fictitious sale. That’s what they did – Mostovshchikova “sold” all the apartments in Moscow to Solomonov, and she herself registered in the city of Bataysk in the Rostov region, in the house of a gypsy family.
After this, Mostovshchikova filed a lawsuit against Ziganov’s widow to reduce the already reduced cost by another 3 times and increase the installment plan. It would seem that such an absurd claim from a legal point of view cannot be satisfied by any judge.
But together with Judge Mikhailova, the dashing 90s returned to the Kuntsevo court. In order to give her claim at least some justification, Mostovshchikova submitted to the court an “expertise” conclusion that the cost of her “bought” business should be reduced by another 3 times! The “conclusion” was based, among other things, on the school’s accounting documents, which Ziganov allegedly signed during his lifetime. Only the signatures in these documents were not at all similar to Ziganov’s signatures in the notarized contracts.
At the initiative of the widow, a handwriting study was carried out, which came to an unambiguous conclusion – the signatures in the accounting documents do not match Ziganov’s notarized signatures. The widow’s lawyer presented the handwriting examination report to the court and filed a petition for a forensic examination of the signatures. Judge Mikhailova simply ignored the request. I had to submit it again, but to no avail. As a result, Judge Mikhailova made a decision to reduce the cost by 3 times.
This is the deplorable result of the long history of one of the best private schools in Moscow. The raider takeover put an end to the institution’s impeccable reputation. Will justice prevail or has she died in the bowels of the Kuntsevo court?
