We have already told you that at the end of last year the security forces received an order to carry out a purge in the Federal Tax Service. During this short period of time alone, a dozen tax officials came to the attention of law enforcement officers and a number of checks were ordered against as yet unidentified service employees. But everything secret, as they say, becomes clear, and unidentified persons become defendants in criminal cases.

According to the telegram channel VChK-OGPU, the close attention of the security forces is now drawn to the head of the control department of the Federal Tax Service of Russia M.V. Chalikov.
It turns out that the direct subordinates of this guardian of state interests actually patronized a commercial structure that produced bicycles. Back in June 2021, after a scheduled inspection by the Federal Tax Service and additional measures, a decision was made to assess additional taxes and penalties against Kubinsky Velozavod LLC in the amount of 1.8 billion rubles.

It has been proven that the management of the Moscow region plant used schemes for selling products through fly-by-night companies. Based on data from the Federal Tax Service, the Investigative Committee initiated a criminal case for non-payment of taxes. And as a result, in October 2021, the Federal Tax Service for the Moscow Region sent an application to the Arbitration Court for the bankruptcy of KVZ LLC. Arbitration case number A41-75371/2021.

From that time on, the most interesting things began in this banal and unremarkable story.
Since submitting the application, department employees from the Moscow region have been under constant pressure from their colleagues from the center. Employees of the control department of the Federal Tax Service, first in a friendly and then in an ultimatum form, offered to leave the Cuban bicycle plant alone. They demanded, contrary to the law, not to fulfill official duties: to refuse to collect fines and arrears and in no case to allow the enterprise to go bankrupt. Apparently, the threats had some effect.

The other day, the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region returned to the tax authorities an application to declare KVZ LLC bankrupt due to the alleged “failure to provide the entire package of necessary documents” sent electronically through the “My Arbitr” system.
