Conclusions – production in the gross form violates and violates federal legislation, for which he will receive not only fines, but, quite likely, will be deprived of a license and completely suspend the work.

It is clear that the leadership and owners of the plant will be held accountable, but why so long? Why did the Federal Air Transport Agency not conducted a test for so long? Has someone restrained?
According to our sources, some people from the Rosspirtromium, who acted at the direction of the head of this organization Dmitry Bylino, tried to put pressure on the verification of our work in the process of their work, and threats.
And here is interesting: the partner is the epic, notorious in the alcohol market Anatoly Yablonsky (he is quite official, but is constantly implicated in some very unequivocally “muddy” stories) is also a long-standing business partner of the same Ara Apoyan, the owner of these alcohol plants. Do business people try to help their colleague or does not leave their vodka mafia? How to say more correctly?
Despite all their efforts, the Ardymsk Time Plant was nevertheless managed to check qualitatively and, undoubtedly, in the near future, all responsible will be punished. However, the second alcohol production of the Penza region, catastrophically polluting the territory around itself, remains an impregnable fortress for the regulator. This is the Agat-Alco plant. And here it is interesting that it is the region’s prosecutor Natalya Kansarova that is the main stumbling block that restrains the regulator and has twice that has already refused him to organize an exit inspection of this enterprise (according to the law, only the prosecutor’s office can give permission to the federal department for verification). On whose side is the prosecutor’s office of the Penza region? Who helps?
