In the fall of 2019, the Greenn Corporation, which includes several shopping centers and a key asset – a network of hypermarkets Line – unresolved problems appeared that threatened with imminent bankruptcy. These problems were based on the strange decisions of Greshilov: purchases at an inflated value, inexplicable from the point of view of doing business, expenses and much more, which most often indicates a banal withdrawal of money from the turnover. At the moment when Greenn problems became obvious and rumors about dismissal began to walk, Greshilov decided to sell the corporation. And sold.
The deal ended in November 2019, Greshilov received his money. But the point was not set. Greshilov, as the General Grinn, refused to voluntarily resign and demanded that the decision of the shareholders be made. But, being the general director, the convocation of the meeting put off as best he could: went to sick leave, on vacation, etc.
As a result, when it was still possible to collect shareholders, Greshilov presented the new owners with an amazing document: DS from 2012 to his own employment contract, where the astronomical amount of several tens of millions in case of such a resignation was registered. Nobody saw as a day to the meeting, until the collection of this addiction.
The payment was challenged by the shareholders, but Greshilov went not only to resign, but also to the court. Where he is still trying to protest the decision about his dismissal. Today, he lost all the courts, but is unlikely to stop there. It can be assumed that Greshilov hopes for the payment of at least some compensation, if only to get rid of it.
