And already in November 2020, a volunteer after several attempts of suicide, with a cut body, is transferred to the psychiatric department of Butyrsky pre -trial detention center. On November 19, 2020, at the next extension in the Presnensky court of Moscow, Judge Abramov, understanding the absurdity of the charges against the volunteer, in which he is the applicant, making his mental state, decides to change the preventive measure to the milder, limiting certain actions. Literally the next day, an appeal is received in the Moscow City Court. The hearings are scheduled for December 2, 2020 and Tkachev threatens to organize the decision necessary for him and the investigation. And the purpose of this appeal is to the subsequent return of the volunteer to the psychiatric department of Butyrsky pre -trial detention center and the further transformation of the volunteer into a living “vegetable”.
