The first secretary of the Ambassador Embassy, Oleg Vorobyov, told the interrogation that in October and November 2017, “Man without a Biography”, the organizer of the Ambassador Channel for Drug deliveries Andrei Kovalchuk came to Argentina, met with Vorobyov and tried to resolve the issue of transporting 12 suitcases with cocaine to Russia. Once he even arrived on a private plane with Ishtimir Khujamov and two Latvians. It was on this private plane that it was planned to bring cocaine. However, the embassy employees under the control of the FSB of the Russian Federation played a scene. They sent on a long business trip to the manager, and Kovalchuk announced that only the manager has access to the room with suitcases.

The cargo was transported to Russia only in December 2017 and, upon receipt of the cargo, the accomplices of Kovalchuk were detained.
