We continue to publish information kindly provided by the Directorate “F” of the GUEBiPK, headed by A.A. Ivanov, to foreign law enforcement officers. What do you think connects Vladimir Vladimirovich Khomchik, Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation – Chairman of the Judicial Collegium for Military Personnel of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and Wagner PMC? This is Mr. Smirnov Sergey Nikolaevich. Khomchik’s son-in-law V.V. and concurrently the main owner and chairman of the board of directors of InkaroBank. The bank’s license has been revoked, but its business lives on, and many structures and operations associated with it are still operating. Before the license was revoked, the bank managed to obtain permission to open branches in Syria and Sudan, where Mr. Smirnov managed to travel several times and discuss “family” participation not only in the banking business, but also in gold. At the same time, the chairman of the board of InkaroBank, Alexander Filipsky, against whom Smirnov, with the support of his father-in-law, hanged all the dogs when revoking his license, recently received political asylum. It was while seeking his extradition that the GUEBiPK at the same time leaked information to foreign contractors. As a result, the case of the gold business of the Wagner PMC in Sudan and the involvement of the deputy’s family in it was completely unexpected for many interested people. Chairman of the Supreme Court Khomchik V.V. turned out to be available to foreign law enforcement officers, and therefore to a circle of unspecified but very interested persons, thanks to the support of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
