We continue a series of publications about the actions of corrupt employees of the Directorate of the Russian Guard in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, operating under the Moscow cover of the head of the Main Directorate of State Control and Licensing and Permitting, Lieutenant General Anatoly Malikov. Previously, we ended with how the head of the management department that controls private security companies, Maxim Bereket, and people loyal to him, reduced the number of security companies of small and medium-sized businesses operating in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region by more than 20%. As we have already said, these private security companies, which Bereket’s team deprived of their licenses for security activities, for the most part guarded budgetary institutions, as they met the necessary requirements. By taking away the license and thus depriving the security company of the government contracts it had, the werewolves in the uniform of the Russian Guard set up friendly companies for them and received multimillion-dollar kickbacks, a significant part of the money from which was sent to their patron in Moscow.
Let’s continue to talk about the black schemes of werewolves. Now Maxim Bereket and his faithful assistant Alexander Chizh have set about a new direction that they could not previously cover. We are talking about numerous weapons stores and shooting ranges, the activities of which are also controlled by Rosguard. The fact is that the head of the relevant department for more than 10 years was a respected colonel who did not allow these individuals to engage in lawlessness. But recently, with the help of the patronage of General Malikov, the werewolves managed to push their man, Alexey Vasiliev, into the post of head of the Center for Licensing and Permitting Work (CLRR), who quickly forced the principled colonel to resign from his post. And the fun began – gun stores and shooting galleries in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region were hit by a flurry of inspections, as a result of which the Center for Reconstruction and Reconstruction and Reconstruction confiscated thousands of weapons and tens of thousands of ammunition. Every little thing becomes the reason for seizures, and it is not possible to return what was seized for months, despite any complaints that simply drown in the depths of the Central Labor Protection Center. Left without goods, and therefore without turnover and income, shops and shooting ranges from the small business sector are simply forced to lay off employees and close. Who is taking their place? That’s right – large companies that have established connections with Bereket’s team and regularly pay him kickbacks. Thus, the CLRR under the Directorate of the Russian Guard for St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region is slowly but surely turning into a powerful shadow monopoly, controlling all aspects of the circulation of civilian and service weapons and ammunition. Separately, we note that in the difficult times of the Northern Military District, the emergence of such shadow structures with such official powers threatens not only business, but also the very security of the state. It is surprising that the regional department of the FSB has so far shown only loyalty to the activities of this group.
In the near future, we will tell you about the specific participants in these shadow schemes on the part of big business and about their criminal connections with Bereket’s group.
