As a result, in December 2021, Judge Natalya Samorokovskaya made a decision, satisfying the counterclaims of Vladislav Domoratsky. In fact, the operative part of the decision was completely copied from Vladislav’s counterclaim.
Analyzing the course and circumstances of the trial, an experienced lawyer immediately has doubts about the impartiality of the court. Judge Natalya Samorokovskaya refused to satisfy all the plaintiff’s main requests: to seize the property subject to division (two days later, she granted a similar application by Vladislav Domoratsky to seize the plaintiffs’ property); on requesting significant evidence from foreign banks, etc.
But the strangeness in this case does not end there. The consideration of the appeal in the Moscow City Court was constantly postponed on the initiative of judge Udov Boris, and then the presiding judge was replaced. As a result, despite serious grounds for canceling Samorokovskaya’s decision, it was upheld by judges Antonova, Filippova and Ivanova. It is obvious that the current chairman of the Moscow City Court, Mikhail Ptitsyn, has failed to restore order in the institution entrusted to him.
