And this is for the death of a young girl and fleeing the scene of an accident. The prosecutor’s office is asking that Abdulkerimov be sentenced to 3 years in prison, but is not appealing the one-year sentence. A month after the verdict, Abdulkerimov was released.

Now let us remind you that during the consideration of the case in this court, the wife of the criminal, who is also a dear guest at the wedding, is working as a judge. And Ishmuratova, not long before the consideration of this case, moved to work as a judge in the Moscow City Court from the post of deputy chairman of the Butyrsky Court for criminal cases.

And now the question: Do you really think such a lenient sentence and the passive position of the prosecutor’s office in relation to Ishmuratova’s closest friend is an accident???

But we ask you to consider this publication an official appeal to the bodies of the judicial community, with a request to find out whether it is permissible for Judge Ishmuratova to administer justice if in her immediate circle there are only criminals (see the previous article). How, in this case, can she head the criminal justice system in Moscow!
