We continue our story about corrupt employees of the Office of the Russian Guard in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region – more and more interesting details of the activities of this gang are revealed to us. We are talking about the team of Maxim Bereket and his proxies: Alexander Chizh, Alexey Kuznetsov and Alexey Vasiliev, who control the work of the Center for Licensing and Permitting Work (CLLR) in St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region and, as we have told more than once, are involved in racketeering of local security companies and weapons factories shops, hiding behind the high Moscow “roof”. According to our data, after publications on the Cheka-OGPU, law enforcement agencies have already begun checking the activities of this group. Knowing this and not hoping for help from the Moscow general Malikov, who immediately distanced himself from our werewolves, Bereket is trying to resolve the issue through another general of the Russian Guard with an odious aura.

If anyone is not aware, a number of security organizations from the former empire of the late Roman Tsepov (the Baltic Escort group of companies) still operate in St. Petersburg. Already the legendary Tsepov in the 90s ensured the safety of senior officials of St. Petersburg, eliminated many competitors and ill-wishers, and then was poisoned himself
Roman has been gone for a long time, but his business lives and prospers. Tsepov at one time graduated from the St. Petersburg Military Institute of the National Guard of the Russian Federation, where he made good friends who led him to Viktor Zolotov himself. Later he met General Bakumenko, who has family ties with Zolotov. After Tsepov’s death, his security empire simply went to Zolotov himself, and General Bakumenko actually began to manage it. That’s where the werewolf Bereket came to him, trying to resolve issues with the inspectors.
As we have already said, his group has long wanted to conquer the entire security business in St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region. It is clear that this is being done with the support of people from the top leadership of the Russian Guard, which, of course, costs a lot of money for this group.
