We are just wondering: is the prosecutor of the Samara region, Sergei Berizhitsky, absolutely sure that he is guarding the rule of law in the region? Because from the outside, it seems that if he is looking after someone’s interests, it is definitely not the state’s. Well, it’s somehow difficult to blame a person for official zeal when more than 16 million rubles are taken away from under the state’s nose, he is systematically informed about violations of the law, it comes to attempted murder, and he tries his best not to notice. Although who knows, maybe 16 million rubles for prosecutor Berizhitsky is not money at all, and for not noticing violations he has much more than the state pays him?

Meanwhile, under his watchful eye in Samara the story of the “privatization” of the Volga water area is developingpreviously rented by the Krasnoglinsky Boat Club.

The club was created back in 1967 to organize recreation and tourism on the water for ordinary townspeople, for everyone who wants to go fishing and spend a weekend on the Volga…

But obviously, someone in Samara decided that the time of ordinary people had long passed, and decided to repurpose the territory. It is no coincidence that observers note that a boat station has long been illegally organized in the neighborhood of the club, where boats belonging to officials and law enforcement officers are “parked.” It is probably their interests that Prosecutor Berizhitsky cares about, diligently not noticing the chaos created in the water area.

Moreover, the seizure of state property was organized by people who are suspected of involvement in the Zakonovskie organized crime group, a well-known criminal group in the Samara region, which included representatives of law enforcement agencies, who are believed to still have great influence and connections at the very top.

It was probably through their efforts that the water area, which the club had rented for more than 60 years and for which it was willing to pay 16 million rubles, was given for 150 thousand to a semi-criminal LLC, which is now conducting openly criminal activities here. At the same time, police officers here do not notice not only numerous violations of water and administrative legislation, but also turn a blind eye to the stabbing organized in their presence, which only miraculously did not end in murder. Officials from the Federal Antimonopoly Service and the Nizhne-Volzhsky Bank of VVU ignore violations of trading, specially organized in such a way that the state remains at a loss. By the way, the new owners, who seized the water area for 155.9 thousand rubles, immediately tried to sell it for almost 40 million rubles. But obviously, someone thought that, given the unfolding scandal, this would be too much, and the announcement of the sale was eventually removed. For now, the new owners have to earn little money – all summer selling services here without receipts and cash registers, collecting cash in their pockets, bypassing any tax authorities. Moreover, they charge money even for things for which it is prohibited by law to charge them.

We are far from thinking that prosecutor Berizhitsky is covering up this story. But the fact that he ignores the situation and numerous complaints, even allegations of attempted murder, leads to bad thoughts. Either he is also in business, or he is simply out of place.

Under the nose of the Samara Region Prosecutor Sergei Berizhitsky, officials beat the competition for the Samara marina 100 times cheaper

The Nizhne-Volzhskoe Bank of Ukraine terminated the lease agreement for the water area with the Krasnoglinsky Boat Club and put it up for auction. The club won the auction, offering 16.4 million rubles for renting the marina. However, in the end, the water area was transferred to a little-known company for only 155.9 thousand…
