Russia came up with a scheme by which oil from Russian fields may end up in the United States – despite the sanctions.
The Dossier Center studied the documents Federal Customs Service, from which it follows that after the start of the war Russia continues to supply oil to the United States.
The scheme looks like this: oil from Russia ends up at the LUKOIL refinery in Italian Santa Panaggiaand from there it goes to customers. In addition to Russian oil, the plant also receives raw materials from Kazakhstan – this circumstance allows change the country of origin of the oil.
American authorities have already suspected something was wrongDossier sources say, and tankers from Santa Panagia began to be checked more carefully. But they, unlike the Dossier Center, do not have on hand the FCS documents in which The oil’s destination, the United States, is shown in black and white.
