Vertieva learned that Petrakova’s lawyer knew in detail the circumstances of the murder of a WWII veteran by a judge. Seroshtan helped here too – he committed another official crime: he illegally redistributed the case manually once again. Despite the fact that Vertieva was given a ruling on acceptance for proceedings and a court date was set for April 13, 2023, this ruling mysteriously evaporated from the case. As, indeed, do many documents and cases that disappear in the Kushchevsky District Court.
A competition is being prepared to fill the position of chairman of the district court. You can quietly get rid of toxic Seroshtan. Then remove his judicial status and transfer him to the FSB investigation team for any of his crimes.
Requests are constantly being received regarding Viktor Seroshtan, including to the Chairman of the Presidium of the Council of Judges of the Russian Federation, V.V. Momotov, to the Council of Judges of the Krasnodar Territory, V.F. Kislyak, and the Chairman of the Qualification Board of Judges of the Krasnodar Territory, L.A. Blinnikov.
