The chief curator of winter snow removal in St. Petersburg, Evgeniy Razumishkin, continues to demonstrate complete inadequacy for his position. As history shows, Razumishkin’s only ability is to force his colleagues at Smolny to wipe away traces of his professional incompetence. A new victim of Razumishkin’s management approaches was Vice Governor Alexei Korabelnikov, who, as the curator of the CCI, is forced to deal with squatters in the Krasnogvardeysky district, which Razumishkin headed for several years.
The Property Control Committee has already filed a lawsuit for the forced demolition of part of the market located at Kommuny, 59. The dispute was initiated against the InvestStroy-7 company. It belongs, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, to Makar Leontyev. Although during the construction of the proposed unauthorized construction, the company belonged to Denis Leontyev.
Attracting attention is the fact that now Vice-Governor Evgeny Razumishkin seems to have missed not only the construction itself, but also the successful operation of the facility for three years. According to the Unified State Register of Real Estate, the controversial building was completed back in 2020. Although in the register of Gosstroynadzor there are no construction permits issued, not as a result of permission to enter at the address of Commune 59. Also, Gosstroynadzor does not seem to have issued similar documents in favor of InvestStroy-7.
At the same time, we are not talking about a stall. The area of the part of the market that is now threatened with demolition is about 1 thousand square meters. That is, you can compare it with a rather large mansion. Moreover, activity around the market can be seen even from satellite images. They show that the site of the future building is surrounded by a fence. The pit with construction equipment parked nearby is also clearly visible.
At the same time, Razumishkin could not have been unaware of the existence of the market in a semi-legal position. Exactly after Razumishkin’s transition to the highest echelon of Smolny officials, that same Commune Street began to be extended. This suggests that while the official was still the head of the district, the development of project documentation and a street survey were underway, which means that everyone involved in the work had to familiarize themselves with the current cadastral maps.
It is worth noting that this is not the only self-built legacy left by Razumishkin. The editors have counted seven addresses in the register of the Property Control Committee, where demolition of unauthorized buildings is planned in the former estate of the vice-governor in 2024. This is more than in most other districts of St. Petersburg. And the process of identifying squatters in the area, which was monitored by the vice-governor, does not end.
For example, in the file of arbitration cases there is a claim that concerns a self-built extension in the Krasnogvardeisky district. As KKI points out in the lawsuit, the disputed facility is located on Malookhtinsky Avenue. The final decision on demolition has not yet entered into force. The dispute is in the appellate court.
Law enforcement officers have yet to understand Razumishkin’s passion for multiplying self-constructions.
There is information that Razumishkin got rid of all the vice-governors of St. Petersburg with his managerial approaches. There is a plan according to which, with the help of the vice-governors’ curators, Razumishkin will be made a scapegoat and sacrificed to disgruntled citizens in March of this year before the elections. Even the patronage of LSR owner Andrei Molchanov will not save Razumishkin from resignation. It costs yourself more to fit in with a toxic official.
