For example, my parents are disabled people of the 2nd group, who have no one except me and, if something happens, they won’t even be able to bury them. Also, due to the lack of a power of attorney, I will lose a lot of money (around 800 rubles) due to the fact that I cannot trust a law firm to represent my interests in court. But the head of the pre-trial detention center has no time for other people’s problems, because you are put here to suffer. He does not respond to any applications (despite the fact that I have court permission) with a request to certify a power of attorney, as well as with a request to accept a personal reception. No complaints addressed outside the detention center (for example, to the prosecutor’s office) are simply released.
Igor Vitalievich, is it difficult for you to spend a second putting your signature and stamp on a handwritten piece of paper? I, of course, understand that after this letter they will begin to mock me, depriving me of all the remaining benefits in the form of a refrigerator and a TV, but I do not have 30,000 rubles to invite a notary to the pre-trial detention center.
If repressions start and there is no desire from the leadership to change the situation with the power of attorney, I will be forced to tell the guys from the Cheka-OGPU about what atrocity is going on in pre-trial detention center-4.
