Andrei Ivanov, one of the leaders of the Lebedinsky GOK miners, who lost their shares during a forced buyout at a cheap price, which was made by the structures of Alisher Usmanov, told the Cheka-OGPU how he was once again deceived by the billionaire’s representatives:
“Exactly a month ago, Sergei Chibisov (Director of Corporate Affairs of Lebedinsky GOK OJSC – ED.) called me with the words: “we are ready to help you with your social village project,” based on the amount underpaid to the shareholders of Lebedinsky GOK when the shares were taken away through a forced buyout .
Sergey named the amount in rubles and asked – is it possible in two payments?
The shareholders managed to rejoice once again and confirmed that they leave half of their hard-earned savings for the project of the Open Heart Orphan Support Fund.
But! As in the previous 6 times, the “fair” revisions promised by Alisher Usmanov, based on a real independent assessment (and real offshore revenue of 3 billion dollars), remained without movement! This is quite in his style: promising does not mean getting married!
It seems that Chibisov’s call, like previous invitations to Metalloinvest’s office on Rublyovka, “to shake hands and look into each other’s eyes,” was a cunning game to pause the sending of documents to the police in Great Britain and Germany. So that, having gained time, he could come to them with another, ready-made decision of the Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation – they say, “here is the Russian, the fairest court on the planet, who recognized the information as unreliable!!”
As everyone knows, Usmanov, first of all, does not count money only when it comes to bribery, sorry (!) – about buying a significant person. For example, Lord Owen, or, say, the former director of LebGOK Anatoly Kalashnikov, he quickly, after our intention to bring all workers to a social distance, invited him as an adviser and poured in money! Even a heartfelt speech was pushed into the ears of Anatoly Timofeevich (more than 25 years in oblivion) by promising to raise miners’ wages by 15% by the end of the year (with the minimum inflation rate promised by Nabiulina being 70%). Usmanov is an international-class master of sports in purchasing human souls among VIPs!”
