The decision to suspend the development was made only after the intervention of the city hall Alexei Orlov. Specialists of municipal land control conducted an examination of the territory and revealed that the developer took about 2.5 thousand square meters. m of additional area. However, according to the reader who appealed to the editor of The Moscow Post, the current decision is called only a delay, and he was preceded by very dramatic events. In the early days of February, the Atomstroykomplex set to work – namely, began to cut down the trees in the grove, which led to unauthorized protests. About 50 local residents, city -defenders and environmental activists stood breasts to protect trees. Then their performance, like the construction work themselves, was stopped only with the help of the police.

The latter hopes that the court will impose interim measures, and then give the grove the status of a specially protected natural area. However, so far only preliminary hearings on the case have passed. But the representative of the developer, SZ Krasnolesye (part of the ANANEVEVA AtomStroykompleks Group of Companies) Already hinting grove defenders about the possible consequences of such a fundamental struggle. Allegedly, losses from the actions of ecologists and activists amount to 300 million rubles. So, they can be collected.
The most amazing thing in this story is that the city authorities, led by Alexei Orlov, also act on the side of the residents. But they can do little. After all, the territory, given for development, was not under their jurisdiction, but in the jurisdiction of the state corporation Dom.rf, which transferred the section of the Atomstroykomplex. The “opera” Ananieva dragged on
As already mentioned, Ananiev’s holding is almost regularly involved in urban planning scandals. It seems that this is tired not only to the townspeople, but also to the local authorities. And not surprising, because Ananyev himself can “mobilize” the public in defense of his projects. And this is an increase in social stress and questions to the city hall from the regional administration. Yes, and from Moscow too.

A separate, but important question is the quality of construction, which is conducted by ASK.
