It is far from a secret that in the Tambov region, since the end of last year, two Maxes have not been able to get used to it – the acting head of the region, Maxim Egorov, and the mayor of the city of Tambov, Maxim Kosenkov (in common parlance, Kosya).
And the point, of course, is not that Kosa likes non-women; after all, Maxim Egorov has no prejudices about not shaking hands because of orientation. Although, in light of the outbreak of new sexually transmitted diseases, the topic of the mayor’s love affairs is seen in a new light, and wearing gloves and a mask when communicating with him is not a superfluous measure.
But we will remember another Egorov, a wealthy merchant who once lived in Tambov and was brazen enough to acquire his own family coat of arms, which, however, the state did not recognize. Maxim Kosenkov could not have known about the illegality of the merchant coat of arms due to his low cultural level, because all the diplomas were given to Kose for his beautiful eyes.
Therefore, he probably decided to cement relations with the head of the region, which he himself had seriously damaged in less than a year. Firstly, Kosya forced Yegorov to agree to take over the chair of Tambov’s owner. Maxim-regional did not have a clear decision at that time, but then Zhuravlev stood up for Maxim-gorodsky and pushed through the appointment. The tactful Yegorov did not refuse, because he saw the prospect of new contacts with Moscow and hoped for compromises with Kosenkov, which did not follow.
Secondly, having received the coveted post of city manager, Kosya did not accept Egorov’s personal protege, Evgeny Zimenko, who was invited to Tambov from the Housing and Communal Services Reform Fund, into his team.
But this was not enough for Kosa. Dominance in power became his mania, compensating for passiveness in the intimate sphere. Recently there was a lot of noise that Kosya decided to raise his salary. Kosenkov himself babbled that this innovation would not affect him, but only future city managers. You can see how cunning Kosya is by looking at the accounting documents.
Of course, Max-regional didn’t know about Kosi’s invention about the salary and was very indignant. Meanwhile, Victory Day was approaching, and Maxim Gorodskoy showed Yegorov who was boss in the city. By personal order, he did not allow convoys to pass through Tambov in support of the special operation.
Maxim the Governor assessed Kosenkov’s behavior correctly, and signals began to reach Max Gorodsky that any patience was coming to an end.
Robert Louis Stevenson based one of his stories around the theft of Raja’s diamond in London. In Tambov, instead of a diamond, the center of intrigue turned out to be a forged monogram of a certain merchant Egorov from the gate on Komsomolskaya Street. This story was described not in law enforcement reports, but in the publication of the garbage oligarch Sviridov.
Allegedly, on the eve of the governor’s birthday, several people broke out a forged element with a monogram and took it away. The incident was reported to the police, but they just shrugged it off.
Kosi’s enemies gossip that the monogram, that is, the coat of arms, ended up in his possession. His people did not steal it, but took it for an important mission – a birthday present for the lover of antiquities Yegorov. And it is possible that Kosya has already handed the monogram to him, trying to improve relations.
Others claim that the monogram was stolen in order to frame Maxim Egorov – there are many suspicious coincidences: both in the date and in the letter “E”, and where did the shabby online publication get the details about the theft of the family coat of arms of the merchant Egorov, unless the editorial staff themselves did you have a hand in this? And, if Egorov is well versed in history, then the unrecognized coat of arms of a Tambov merchant will not appease him – at least a Nizhny Novgorod merchant is needed here.
Whether Kosya wanted to appease or frame Egorov with a rusty monogram, Egorov will figure it out. It’s not for nothing that his PR campaign in the region is based on the slogan “Egorov’s decision.”
