Traditionally, the most discussed issue at the end of the outgoing year is the so-called bonuses (in fact, the distribution of savings on the wage fund). Every year on this issue everything is different in different regions. For example, the Cheka-OGPU reports that in the Main Directorate of the Investigative Committee for Moscow, employees did not receive these savings, but in the central office of the Investigative Committee they were distributed. At the same time, colleagues from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the prosecutor’s office and other departments received New Year’s bonuses. Moscow colleagues say that the Nizhny Novgorod region is the only one where employees were left without bonuses.
