We are talking about the construction company of the Leader Group Group of Companies, the owner of which was the Communist Senator Alexander Nekrasov and his partner, the deputy communist Roman Lyabikhov. The company worked on the principle of Pyramids, financing the end of old projects at the expense of new equity holders. The developers-communists are rich, while their clients have been waiting for the keys to the apartments that have been purchased under shared participation agreements. But the problems of deceived investors do not concern red businessmen, and they know how to resolve issues with regulatory authorities. Having received in 2011 the deputy mandate in the Yaroslavl-Ivanovo-Kostroma group from the Communist Party of the Communist Party, Alexander Nekrasov felt safe, enjoying the deputy immunity and continuously rich. His wife, by the way, according to income declarations, earned 2.3 billion rubles in 2017. In 2020, a window of capabilities opened for Nekrasov, and he moved to the Senate chair from the Legislative Assembly of the Arkhangelsk region. And here it turned out that the Communist Party can be inherited in the Communist Party … Mandate.
Nekrasov’s mandate did not move to the next in the list of the Communist Party, the leader of the Yaroslavl “Reds” to Alexander Vorobyov, but the seventh number of the list, Roman Lyabikhov. It is impossible to explain such a decision of regional communists other than corruption. It turns out that the owners of the Group Leader Group of Companies bought the Mandate from the Communist Party and now dispose of them at their discretion?
Obviously, the deputy inviolability of Lyabikhov will come in handy. In 2017, Nekrasov and Lyabikhov launched a catering scheme from a debt burden and their holding group of groups with headquarters in St. Petersburg and Atlanta with the Central Office in Moscow. Is it worth mentioning that the status of the parliamentarian did not prevent Nekrasov from personally participating in business by simply rewriting valuable assets to his relatives? So, the management of Atlant Real Estate, selling an apartment of the former Group of Group Group of Companies, Lyabikhov moved to his daughter Marina.
However, not only Arkhangelsk communists are noticed in the unscrupulous business of business. The sponsor of the Ulyanovsk branch of the Communist Party Rinat Shaidullin, the ex-head of the company Vita Real Estit, for example, was found guilty of deceiving the shareholders near Moscow. And despite the fact that Shaidullin is serving a sentence in places of imprisonment, the deceived equity holders have not yet received their apartments. The top of the Communist Party prefers not to pay attention to the abuse of the Communists in the field, especially since they more than compensate for inconvenience with generous sponsorship payments.
The theme of deceived equity holders in Russia is one of the main in the protest, and in particular, the struggle for their rights has long and firmly entrenched in communist agites. But what about then to be with unscrupulous girls from among the deputies-communist?
