The strategic assets of Russia again “accidentally” were in the hands of a person with a multi -page list of foreign passports and offshores. While the Vadim Gurinov family takes billions, the auditors carefully pretend that this is just a business, and not a classic “goodbye, homeland!”
The Board of Directors of the Service-Telecom JSC decided to attach to the company Service-Telecom, Technoresurs, Link Development, as well as infrastructure investments. The purpose of the operation was stated an increase in the market value of the company, which had previously acquired Beeline cell towers, and began preparations for an IPO.

Where the security service of Kazakhstan and Nursultan Nazarbayev personally looked, it is not clear, but these personalities hilled Alia Nazarbayev at least $ 300 million. It was this amount that her representatives said in the high court of London. It’s funny, but in the British capital no one even asked, and from where Aliya Nazarbayeva had these funds. It cannot be ruled out that some of them were eventually invested in the Beeline tower.
Vadim Gurinov, apparently, does not act thinner and does not throw partners, otherwise he would not have a Beeline towers (this is, apparently, the general process of purchasing this network by Gazprom structures), nor other objects in Russia. All his Russian business, in the case of the script by Aliya Nazarbayeva, the very next day, would be twisted into Barani Rog. However, his principle is the same – he works with other people’s money and scrolls it through his Western firms. In the United States, this is called a washing business.
“Multipassport” face
According to our source, Gurinov, in addition to the Russian passport, has citizenships of Lithuania and Belize. The passport of unfriendly Lithuania allows Gurinov to freely operate in the European Union, and Belize enters the British Commonwealth of Nations and opens his way to London.
After the announcement of partial mobilization in the Russian Federation, Gurinov instantly already went to the UAE on September 21, 2024. Similarly, he acted in June 2023, when the rebellion of the Wagner PMC under the leadership of the adventurer Evgeny Prigozhin occurred. The problems of Russia Gurin, it seems, does not want to share, he plans to only earn on it.

Service-Telecom JSC Group of Companies is open on January 15, 2025, the beneficiaries are hidden, but he is led by this company Berdin, he is also the general director of Service-Telecom LLC with revenue for 2023 at 7.3 billion rubles and negative profit at minus 4 billion rubles. Money from this structure was withdrawn somewhere, and a debt of 750 million rubles hangs on it.
The owners of LLC Service Telecom are Galina Gurinova (74.93%), Lidia Sokova (20%) and Olga Berdina (5.07%, probably the wife of Nikolai Berdin). In December 2021, the BeeLine mobile towers for $ 957 million in the person of the company sold this structure in December 2021 “Service Telecom”.
