Today, the Presnensky District Court of Moscow continued to consider the case of ex-Colonel Dmitry Zakharchenko. The judicial investigation is nearing its end, there is no control over it, which threatens an acquittal for the co-owner of GK 1520 Valery Markelov, who, according to the investigation, paid bribes to Zakharchenko. Bribes so that Zakharchenko turns a blind eye to the theft of Russian Railways funds received by the GC 1520 in unlimited amounts.

A significant part of these funds went straight to Lvov, and they are now used to finance the local terrorist defense. For some reason, the Lvov channel participant was left only in the status of a witness. And now they want to release his partner Markelov too.

In Lvov, the money went in transit through a Russian bank to the banks Sich, Rovid, Ukrainsky and Concord, which are controlled by Markelov’s partner Valery Razdorozhny. According to sources of the Cheka-OGPU, these four banks in the period 2016-2018, from funds received from 1520, transferred more than $4 million to the accounts of the Duna-Vesta company. Duna-Vesta is unofficially controlled by Andrei Sadov (mayor of Lvov) and is the largest general contractor in Lviv. Since 2014, Dune-Vesta has been engaged in logistics and supply of battalions under the care of Sadovoy and included in the Right Sector. Zadorozhny is not only a major sponsor of the defense industry, but also joined its ranks.

Both Zakharchenko and Markelov knew very well not only where the money sent to Lvov was going, but also supported such spending.

In Kyiv for a long time there was a large office of the owners of 1520 Krapivin, Usherovich, Markelov (KUM). When the case was opened, the office moved to Cyprus.
If Markelov was arrested, and his Russian banker partners (Motorin, Stankevich) were put on the wanted list, then his Ukrainian banker partner Razdorozhny remained in the case only as a witness. Moreover, 1520 remains the largest recipient of funds from Russian Railways. The Markels are no longer among the founders of 1520, but Alexey Krapivin, who remains in the group of companies, does not hide the fact that he certainly respects the financial interests of his father’s close friend (the founder of KUM). Yes, and Usherovich remains among the co-owners of 1520. This means that the financial ties with his partner Razdorozhny have not been broken.
