Today, the Investigative Committee announced that the organizers of the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge have not been identified. The Cheka-OGPU, having familiarized itself with the materials of the criminal case, asks a more global question: what did the investigation manage to objectively establish in the case? Looking ahead, we note that the explosion was organized and carried out entirely by unidentified persons. Except perhaps for 8 “accomplices” who, according to the investigation, knew about everything, but did not even try to hide. Neither the explosives themselves, nor their quantity, nor the method of detonation, nor the specific method of concealment during transportation are known. The Ukrainian trace, which was previously announced by top officials, is also not visible. Again, if only through the connections of the accused, but all this looks extremely unconvincing.

Today, the Basmanny Court extended the detention of another “batch” of those accused of committing a terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge. We are talking about Vladimir Zlob, Alexander Bylin and Oleg Antipov, who, according to investigators, found and chartered a truck that was blown up on the bridge. The Cheka-OGPU familiarized itself with the materials on the basis of which the court decided to arrest the defendants. In his decision to extend the term, the head of the investigation team, Kunitsyn, uses standard formulations about the fact that the investigation has data on how each of the accused can escape, including abroad, and continue criminal activities. And to support this, scanty certificates from operational services were presented to Themis. Thus, instead of evidence of guilt or at least involvement, the investigation used “Certificate-memorandums” based on the results of the operational investigation signed by the detective officer of ORU 2 of the FSB Service, which indicated that the persons involved, for example, are aware of the forms and methods of work of law enforcement agencies, tactics and techniques conducting operational investigations, which means they can interfere with criminal proceedings. And also a report (one for all) from the detective of the 9th department of the Main Directorate for Criminal Investigation, in which, without unnecessary paperwork, it is indicated that once free, all 8 accused can escape.

At the same time, the investigation does not concern alternative versions at all. The machine of judge AS Maslov, about which the Cheka-OGPU wrote, was not worked out.

The Cheka-OGPU found out the details of the tragic journey of the judge of the Moscow Arbitration Court Sergei Maslov to Crimea. Of course, they will not be included in the materials of the case about the explosion on the Crimean Bridge. But they can definitely form the basis of a Tarantino-style film.
