Earlier, the Arbitration Court of the Samara Region and the eleventh arbitration court did not recognize PJSC Togliattiazot by the appropriate applicant in the bankruptcy case of Tomet LLC, but confirmed the powers of the TOAZ -Uralhima, appointed by the court, the recoverer caused by the “Togliattiazot” damage. 
Thus, the requirements of Uralhim for Tometa in the amount of 77.3 billion rubles were recognized as legitimate – in favor of PJSC Togliattiazot and 10.3 billion rubles in favor of Uralchim itself.
The decision of both instances did not suit the Majoritarians of TOAZ.
They have already tried to obtain court decisions in their favor with corruption methods, that is, to fictitiously bankrupt Tomet so as not to part with money.
But the courts did not take such provocations.
The resonant criminal case of fraud on a particularly large scale in the conduct of Toaz export operations ended in 2019 for the Makhlaev with a conviction by which they should reimburse the stolen 87 billion rubles.
The defendant on him, by the court decision, became Tomet LLC, affiliated with the owners of TOAZ.
Now Magomed Shishkhanov, who once drove them, has once managed the MAKHLAEV, MAKHLAEV, has become Magomed Shishkhanov.
He went to “resolve the issue” with a suitcase allocated by Mahlai by millions of dollars to the court of cassation.
By the way, the former head of the Togliattihimbank, owned by Sergei Togliattihimbanka, was already caught in the country for bribes to the judges of the Supreme Court (failed) and now gives evidence in court.
