Usually “black” cash was hidden in bank cells, and if the money was not placed there, then they simply rolled out at home on cabinets and sofas. All these funds were safely stolen during the reconstruction of these objects. According to the source, the initiator to engage in construction and earn on this was exactly Sergeev. He never appeared at the objects, and that he was going on, he was never interested in, he was only interested in as much as possible from those as possible from the amounts that were allocated by the Ministry of Finance to targeted projects, that is, the objects that were under the NE FSO. At the presidential construction sites, Sergeyev managed to make a huge fortune, which he deduced from the penalty for compensation for damage.
