At the same time, without a public legal assessment, there were cases when the EpiVacCorona vaccine, invented by the Vector center reporting to Rospotrebnadzor, was purchased by service institutions from the private company of one of the Vector employees.

The source of the Cheka-OGPU draws attention to the fact that the second person after Popova in the organizing committee of VNOPOEM, director of the Central Research Institute of Epidemiology of Rospotrebnadzor, academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Vasily Akimkin appears in a similar, but more obvious scheme with medical products.

His institution purchased products manufactured by another institution, part of Rospotrebnadzor, FBUN SSC PMB, through gasket companies affiliated with the management of the latter, incl. “Interbio” and “Epidbiomed-Diagnostics”. These companies selling medical products have contracts worth more than 1 billion rubles in their portfolio. The vast majority are institutions from the Rospotrebnadzor network.
I wonder why the head of the Federal Budgetary Institution State Scientific Center for PMB, Mr. Dyatlov, cannot supply his colleague directly with his products, but uses “intermediaries”?
