Today it became known that the TFR did not find signs of bringing to the suicide of the journalist Irina Slavina From Nizhny Novgorod. The audit was carried out by the same investigator who came to her with a search the day before suicide.

We restored the chronology preceding the tragedies.

March 13, 2019 – a court under Part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and a fine of 20,000 rubles for organizing a memory march Boris Nemtsov.

April 24, 2019 – Roskomnadzor drew up two protocols against Slavina for non -ordering information about the ban on an extremist organization. Cases were terminated in court.

May 18, 2019 – the appeal for a fine for the march of Memory of Nemtsov left a decision without changes.

June 20, 2019 – Slavina Writes a post On Facebook about possible self -immolation.

On July 5, 2019, the court found Slavin guilty under Article 20.33 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (participation in the activities of an unwanted organization) – a fine of 5000 rubles for the news about the holding of the Forum “Free People” from open Russia. It was in the framework of the subsequent criminal case of an unwanted organization that Irina’s apartment was conducted.

September 11, 2019 – the appeal left a decision on a fine unchanged.

October 1, 2019 – a call to the police and a protocol under Part 3 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (disrespect for power) for a post with the word shah ** nya in response to the news about the installation of a Bust Stalin in this town.

October 30, 2019 – the court in this case, found guilty, was appointed a fine of 70,000 rubles.

December 25, 2019 – the appeal left the court decision unchanged.

June 10, 2020 – the next call to the police and the protocol under Part 9 of Article 13.15 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (distribution of fake information) for the news about the first sick coronavirus in the city of Kovrov.

On August 3, 2020, the court appoints a fine of 65,000 rubles.

October 1, 2020 – TFR conducts a morning search in the apartment of Slavina and interrogation as a witness.

On October 2, 2020, she commits an act of self -immolation.

Since April 2019, in relation to Slavina, the authorities amounted to at least 6 administrative protocols in connection with journalistic activities. The court only defended her once when the initiator of the case was Roskomnadzor.

In other cases, when the investigators of the ED center were initiated, the courts assigned fines totaling 160,000 rubles, and in October 2020 the court authorized a search in her apartment at the request of the investigator of the Investigative Committee.
