Today, in the Dubninsky City Court, the verdict was announced against Major General Vyacheslav Lobuzko, one of the “fathers” of the VZG early warning radar “Voronezh” – stations designed to detect ballistic and cruise missiles, ex-commander of the division of the 3rd separate air defense army. Lobuzko, by the way, is a close friend of the commander of the Space Forces – Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the East Kazakhstan region Alexander Golovko. Lobuzko was found guilty of giving bribes to a Defense Ministry receptionist, but received a light sentence. He was given a suspended sentence of 5 years and a fine of 34,155,000 rubles.

The Cheka-OGPU covered in detail the criminal case in which Lobuzko is the only accused. As deputy general director of OJSC RTI, Vyacheslav Lobuzko, through bribery, a bribe, which he handed over to Andrey Marchukov, head of the management department of the Military Representative Offices of the Russian Ministry of Defense, resolved the issues with all the shortcomings that his company made when carrying out R&D work (experimental design development) “Center 2014” or the National Defense Control Center on Frunzenskaya Embankment (Shoigu’s main project).

The bribe for Marchukov was an apartment for his sister in Dubna, for which he received 8 years in prison. At the same time, he made a deal with the investigation, repented and testified against Lobuzko.
