The prosecutor requested 5 years in prison for the accused Galbi Rzayev, and the judge sentenced him to 4.5 years without admitting guilt to the accused. Sakit Musaev, who escaped charges of organizing a kidnapping in Kazan, and Galbi Rzaev, who raped girls in Izhevsk, fellow countrymen from the Shamkir region of Azerbaijan, and Musaev, according to him, are married to Galbi Rzaev’s sister. The members of this gang cleverly evade criminal liability in completely different cases in different cities of the Volga region. Previously, they avoided liability in a criminal case for causing damage to the Russian Federation when trading grain for more than 100 million rubles in Izhevsk. Apparently, a considerable part of the money obtained by criminal means is spent on bribing law enforcement agencies, prosecutors and courts.
Probably the only way out of this situation is if all the episodes of this gang are combined into one case and Moscow takes it away. Since the 16th year, it has not been possible to achieve fair court decisions and an objective investigation of the crimes they committed.
