Today, at the court hearing in the Furgal case, the prosecutor’s office presented documents that had not previously appeared in the court case materials. As the defense stated, none of the defendants was familiar with them at the investigation stage. Namely, a resolution was issued to bring the leader of the Moiseevskie organized crime group, Mikhail Timofeev, as an accused, as well as a resolution to put him on the international wanted list. At the same time, Timofeev’s name appears in Furgal’s indictment, although the procedural status of Timofeev himself in this criminal case has not been determined in any way.

Essentially: the investigation was completed on February 5, 2021 and these materials were not in any of the volumes. The decision to bring Timofeev as an accused was dated May 18, 2021, 3 months after the end of the investigation, the decision to announce the accused Timofeev M.A. , put on the international wanted list almost a year after the end of the investigation, 12/16/2021.
