Again, everything is only based on friendly, ethnic and family ties – Arkady Olegovich, known in narrow circles under the nickname Rotten, does not recognize others.
He recognized the events around “OPS Chebanov” as atypical for the Russian law enforcement system and State Duma Deputy Artyom Kiryanov.
