Three years ago I was in Bishkek, and I really liked it there – people, atmosphere, that’s it. I don’t like only the last two cases – a Russian boy was oppressed in a sports camp on a national and religious basis, and the other day a drunk visitor to the children’s park threw a calculator in the face of the Russian saleswoman for advising him in Russian. Yes, personally, these cases are also unpleasant to me because I did not see the reaction of representatives of the Kyrgyz power to them. And I would like. Because I know – if you can’t respond to such cases, they will grow like a snowball. They must be crushed at once. Russian, by the way, is recognized as official in Kyrgyzstan.

Meanwhile, in Moscow and Russia there are enough citizens of Kyrgyzstan. It would be just as unpleasant for me if they were offended by a national or religious basis. Yes, the majority do not work in the most qualified work, but at least this gives them the opportunity to keep families in their homeland. And yet, at least, Russia gives quotas of Kyrgyz youth to receive higher education in Russian universities.

For all these reasons, yesterday I signed up under the statement of the HRC Commission on International Cooperation to the Kyrgyz authorities – to take and react to these cases. Just as they react to them in our country. And in the future, make sure that the rights of Russian and Russian -speaking are not violated. Members of the commission express concern. I also officially express concern. And I unofficially add – to achieve mental balance in this matter only after this boor who hit the girl will be defiantly punished.
