Investigators of the Investigative Part of the Main Investigative Department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Moscow completed a preliminary investigation of three criminal cases instituted on the grounds of a crime under part 1 of Article 307 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
In the Presnensky district court of the city of Moscow, during a trial on charges of Mikhail Efremov of committing a crime under Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, three witnesses were questioned at the request of his lawyer. Their statements contradicted evidence collected by the court. Based on the results of the audit, three criminal cases were instituted to give obviously false testimonies.
During the preliminary investigation, portrait and psychological and psychiatric examinations were conducted, more than ten witnesses were interrogated, video recordings and documents were seized with evidence for criminal cases.
All defendants were charged with incriminated acts, a preventive measure in the form of a subscription about a non -departure and proper behavior was chosen. 
Currently, criminal cases with prosecutor approved by prosecutor have been sent to the court for consideration on the merits.
