Investigators may have questions not only based on the results of the analysis of Kozlov’s work as the governor of the Amur region, but also after studying documents on the activities of a number of autonomous non-profit organizations and LLCs established by the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation and the Ministry of Eastern Development, which are listed today as liquidated. A number of managers of these companies migrated to work in the federal Ministry of Environment.
