This week, the Moscow Regional Court, on the basis of the indictment of the jury, sentenced the leaders and participants of the so-called Pushkin criminal group, operating in the Moscow Region in the late 1990s-early 2000s. On her account, according to law enforcement officers, several dozens of particularly serious crimes, including murders and attempts. Both heads of the OPS Dmitry Lesnyakov (Forest) and Dmitry Zavyalov (Dima Bolshoi), as well as their closest improvised Ralif Faizov (Tatar), received a life imprisonment and were fined for large amounts. Two more members of the gang near Moscow Sergey Freer and Alexander Lebedev were sentenced to 23 years in prison, and the first 15 of them will be held in prison, and the rest in a maximum security colony. The three other defendants – Idrak Abilov, Dmitry Podkov and Valery Babaev – received from 12 to 17 years in a strict regime colony. Some of the convicts were imposed taking into account the terms already received by them.

According to operatives, only in 2001-2002 the group participants eliminated more than ten criminal “authorities” in the Pushkin district of the Moscow Region and managed to take control of a significant number of commercial objects there, including a large Pushkin market. In 2007-2008, the forest came down to “thieves in law” by Armen Harutyunyan (Armen Kanevsky) and Gocha Antipov (alphason), which were part of the “lawyer” clan of grandfather Hassan. As a result, the group began to fulfill the murders in the interests of individual representatives of the clan. On their account, in particular, the execution of the “criminal general” Alik Minalyan in Moscow in 2008.

According to the investigation, the forest of the forest has also such loud crimes as the killings of the Director of the International Center for Nuclear Security under the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation Sergey Bugaenko, Henry Yuzbashev, the brother of the Vodok king, Akop Yuzbashev, chairman of the board of the capital’s Bank “Rodnik” Boris Turpugov, etc.

Lesnyakov managed to go out on the trail of the group after her killers in 2008 dealt with the resolver Valery Kazakov, who was closely connected with the leadership of the Moscow Regional Prophet. According to law enforcement agencies, the Cossacks demanded that the owners of the Pushkin market introduce them to the founders of the people indicated by them. And on August 1, 2008, Valery Kazakov was defiantly killed right on the threshold of the Pushkin prosecutor’s office. The criminals in broad daylight released several bullets into it, and then cut their throat.

The detention of a significant part of the gang participants, including Lesnyakov, the employees of the GUUR of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation conducted in the summer of 2009, but some attackers managed to hide. They were put on the wanted list.
