Not long ago, information leaked from Zelensky’s Office that Vyacheslav Kantor, owner of a fortune of $4.6 billion, president of the European Jewish Congress, would like to obtain Ukrainian citizenship. In general, those who were traditionally classified as “Jew-Masons” and servants of the secret world government are fleeing Russia. Finally, Kantor is squeezing everything he can out of Russian assets and risks destroying the unique nature of the Russian North. And the regulatory and supervisory authorities turn a blind eye to this, despite the indignation of environmentalists and the population.
Kantor moved to London a long time ago, and Russia for him is “nothing personal, just business.”
It is believed that most of his enterprises are considered unprofitable! After all, they are part of schemes worked out to the point of automation. Let’s say there are unclosed export contracts, when the goods leave, but the money does not enter Russia, supposedly due to sanctions, remaining abroad. Many of Cantor’s assets have had unhealthy financial performance over the years. Negative profits often indicated that money was being withdrawn from the enterprise – through offshore companies abroad. As it turns out, in fact, all Akron structures are tied to offshore companies. The watchdog identified companies in Cyprus and Luxembourg that were created solely for unjustified tax benefits – through which funds ultimately ended up in the British Virgin Islands. Instead of a tax of 15%, a rate of only 5% was applied.
The ultimate beneficiary was Cantor himself. Its main assets are PJSC Acron and PJSC Dorogobuzh. The first company is 62% owned by Redbrick Investments S.a.r.l. from Luxembourg. 23% of Dorogobuzh is controlled by Akronagroservice, which is associated with the American company Rayton Limited, and is now almost completely owned by the Cypriot Pin Holdings Limited. Spiteful critics call the latter organization the cantor’s “wallet,” through which 5 billion rubles can allegedly be pumped annually. And Rayton Limited was needed to transfer funds to American officials. But even bribery did not help Kantor – he ended up on the US sanctions list. True, if you manage to “jump off” in time and obtain Ukrainian citizenship, everything will go fine.
