In the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal voltage. Deputy Chairman of the Nine Svetlana Ovchinnikova puts pressure on judge Vadim Valiev. The subject of interest of Svetlana Nikolaevna is the business of the retired architect Lamdon, whose company went to the raiders Tigran Tsaturyan and his father-in-law Sergei Ambartsumyan.

Earlier we wrote that judge ASGM Fortunatova decided to recover from the defendant almost 350 million rubles for damage to TPO-Reserve, which its founder Lamdon allegedly caused many years ago: in some cases, more than 10 years. Fortunatova simply reset the statute of limitations for new owners. I wrote about this in more detail Legal.report And Pravo.ru

What we did not write is that former Moscow City Hall official Sergei Ambartsumyan and his development company MonArch are the king of government contracts and build courts. For example, the building on Kalanchevskaya Street 43a, which houses two district courts of the city of Moscow – Tverskoy and Meshchansky. And in ceremonies its opening was attended by the former chairman of the Moscow City Court Olga Egorova.

Meanwhile, the statute of limitations is not the only absurdity. For example, Ambartsumyan and his son-in-law came up with the idea of collecting money from the founder of TPO-Reserve for renting out his premises to the company in the early 2000s. And not the difference between the contract price and the “conditionally fair” one, but the whole difference. Or for the fact that he bought a leased car for himself. That’s what everyone did and still does, of course, but many years later it’s a shame for the guys.

It’s clear that Valiev decided not to expose himself to such chaos and postponed the court hearing for a week. Perhaps even expecting to jump off. But Ovchinnikova, for no less understandable reasons, continues to stick to her line.

New hearing on Wednesday, January 18. We recommend everyone to follow its outcome. At stake is new legal action to “degrease” or even strangle former owners or partners.
