Earlier, on April 27, the 16th Arbitration Court of Appeal upheld the seizure of the property of the Chebanovs’ OPS for 5 billion rubles in the claim A63-2726/2023 of the Velan defense plant.

However, the partners of OPS member ex-judge Larisa Chebanova in the Rostov Arbitration Court (Gubenko M.I. and others) have so far managed to block the claims of OJSC “Velan” against individual entrepreneurs (Guzun, Sergienko, Poryvaeva, etc.) and the appointment of an examination. Through them, the OPS robbed the plant.

High patrons promise to change the preventive measure for Oleg Chebanov: for only 15 million rubles he will be transferred from the pre-trial detention center to house arrest.

A criminal scheme for withdrawing funds from arrest will be presented by the financial genius of the gang, Yulia Skrynskaya, and the lawyer-decider-casher Sergei Karpov from Samara.

Arkady Chebanov is on the federal wanted list (Article 210 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Ex-wife-judge Larisa Chebanova takes the common fund of the OPS to Yerevan. Son Oleg Chebanov is in a pre-trial detention center in Pyatigorsk. Brother Mikhail Chebanov and Andranik Kichiyan falsify evidence. They all face up to 20 years for participating in organized crime.

The names and surnames of the patrons of the Chebanovs in the security and judicial structures with audio recordings of the negotiations of the Cheka-OGPU will be published in the near future.
