There have been personnel changes in the security forces of the southern Moscow region. Azamat Batyaev was introduced to the police officers of the Chekhov urban district. The former deputy head of the criminal investigation department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city district of Podolsk was transferred to the position of chief of the Chekhov police in order to establish law and order in the lawless area. A reshuffle also occurred in the supervisory department. Vitaly Khripunov left the position of city prosecutor. He was transferred to the Serpukhov prosecutor’s office. There are different opinions as to whether this was a promotion or an “honorable” removal to the hundredth kilometer area. In Chekhov, Khripunov left devastation: in the territory under his jurisdiction, where he was supposed to exercise supervision, corruption and chaos flourish. And in Serpukhov, the shadow mayor of the city, Umar Kremlev, perceived the arrival of the Varangian with the words “it was not agreed with me.” Moscow region prosecutor Sergei Zabaturin removed Khripunov, freeing his place for the son of his friend, Chairman of the Vladimir Regional Court Sergei Shishkin. Now the young prosecutor Vadim Shishkin, who graduated from the Federal Penitentiary Service, – he now heads the supervisory agency in the Lotoshinsky district of the Moscow region – will settle down in a “toxic” area for security forces in the Moscow region.
