But by all standards, he is a scrap. The Law “On Industrial Safety of Hazardous Production Facilities” requires its disposal.
Question: if the dock is actually promising and can be modernized, why did the Northern Fleet command recognize it as unsuitable and sell it for pennies “for nails”? Is this negligence or corruption?
But if the dock actually requires disposal, then we are dealing with a scam that can result in colossal budget expenses and the threat of disaster. We remember the death of the PD-50 floating dock in 2018, where the Admiral Kuznetsov was being repaired.
