There are miracles. The former head of the Globex Bank Vitaly Vavilin not only almost did not sit, but also carried material liability in the criminal case. And such humanity is not surprising to Vavinin. The case against Vavilin was investigated by investigator SK Ruslan Minihakhmetov. The spike of the miniakhmetov-management to the FSB of the Russian Federation took up the banker with a proletarian malice. Still, Bavilin was known as an extremely rich man. And he himself withdrew a lot of money from Globex, and helped to withdraw money to the Ananiev brothers. As a result, two cases were instituted, Vavilin was sent to a pre -trial detention center, he was threatened with a very long time. And then, as has already become a tradition, Miniakhmetov explained that for some 10 million dollars, the situation can be almost completely changed. It is clear, first of all, by the efforts of the head of the department to Ivan Tkachev. Relieved his teeth and heart, Bavilin agreed. And, lo and about a miracle. Staying in the pre -trial detention center was replaced by house arrest, criminal episodes began to fall out of affairs, and it was completely “collapsed”. And according to the second, everything was ready to replace Vavinin with the accusations with extremely soft ones, such that he did not sit at all. But then Minhmetov himself fell into development, lost his place in the TFR and almost lost his freedom. In such a situation, in the “Vavilin case” they decided to apply a more tricky scheme. The case was thrown to the court with an unpleasant article for the banker with Article 160 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (embezzlement). But Ivan Tkachev is known as a person who has a magical effect on the ministers of Themis. And again a miracle. In September 2020, the Tagansky court re -qualified Vavinin from article 160 to article 201 (abuse of authority) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and instead of 8.5 years requested for him by the prosecutor’s office, gave three years in the colony, of which he had already left under house arrest. Moreover, the civil lawsuit of Svyaz-Bank of compensation for damage was left without consideration. And then the Moscow City Court reduced Vavinin for the sentence for three months and it turned out that he had already “served” his own. Vavilin now enjoys freedom outside Russia.
