The wife of Alexey Ulyukaev, Yulia Khryapina, lost a plot of land and a residential building in Crimea.

Yulia Khryapina purchased a plot of land with an area of ​​0.0350 hectares in Yalta from Lapteva, a civilian, for 75,240 hryvnia; the plot had a criminal history behind it.

At the same time, a prosecutor’s check, after Crimea became part of Russia, established that by the verdict of the Zheleznodorozhny District Court of Simferopol dated December 5, 2013, the former Gurzuf village head was found guilty of committing crimes under Part 1 of Art. 364, part 1 art. 367 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, including for the illegal allocation of land plots with a total area of ​​0.6692 hectares to six citizens for the construction and maintenance of individual residential houses; one of the plots went to Lapteva.

Subsequently, the deputy prosecutor of Yalta, in defense of state interests, reclaimed the land plot from Yulia Khryapina in court as state property.

Yulia Khryapina was born in Crimea, there was information in the media that she could formally divorce Ulyukaev.
Previously, Yulia Khryapina owned the offshore Ronnieville Ltd, its director was the son of Alexei Ulyukaev, Dmitry.
