However, the Odintsovo court sent the widow to sue Facta.media in a French court, saying in its ruling: “Given that the applicant himself points to the person who is the registrar of the site, NameCheap, Inc, the court concludes that there are no obstacles to identifying the defendant and presenting claims against him.”

Meanwhile, the widow’s representatives also lost a legal dispute with the editors of the “Reflection” program of the Public Television of Russia, which told the viewer in detail about Katerina’s criminal cases and her unscrupulous attempts to appropriate other people’s property.

Ms. Bosov did not live up to the trust of her long-time partner and guardian, and part-time international financial swindler David Kaplan, who undertook to help the fugitive from Russia enrich herself at the expense of the Russian Federation budget.
