The Vladivostok sea fishing port asked Vladimir Putin for help in the growing raider takeover. According to port employees, former Deputy Governor of the Sakhalin Region Arkady Pinchevsky is trying to take over the profitable enterprise. And he does this, citing his close ties with the head of the Primorsky Territory, Oleg Kozhemyako.

Pinchevsky is widely known in Russian business circles for his controversial reputation. At one time, he ruined the work of the Moscow distillery “Crystal”. He, according to some reports, took an active part in the redistribution of the business of the former governor of the Khabarovsk Territory, Sergei Furgal. At the same time, there is evidence that Pinchevsky earned his initial capital from the sale of the fishing fleet to Canada and the USA.

Oleg Kozhemyako is surrounded by no less scandalous flair. It was he who did not exclude his former colleague Sergei Sopchuk, who was put on the international wanted list, from the local branch of United Russia. It was his former adviser Yulia Tolmacheva who was involved in fraud with 24 land plots. It was his son Nikita who founded more than 20 diversified companies that have large revenues and receive large government orders.
