In 2014, Egorova DA was put in jail by the State Investigative Directorate on suspicion of violating a number of articles of the criminal code (taking away plots from residents, cashing out money from a settlement account in the village, etc.). However, literally two weeks later he was released under house arrest and released in 2018. During this time, residents elected another board, which directed all its activities towards eliminating the only violation due to which Rechnik was demolished in 2010: the legal succession between the old ST Rechnik, which in 1956 was allocated this land for perpetual permanent use, and the new organization SNP Rechnik 2000 year of birth.
Local activists collected all the archival documents on the old Rechnik and registered the old organization with the Ministry of Justice and the Tax Inspectorate. Finally, tying the 1956 agreement, which went through the courts and was recognized as valid, to the existing old organization. Several court decisions have been received that ROO ST Rechnik is the legal successor of the old Soviet Rechnik. In other words, the village exercised its Constitutional right to register land and eliminated its only stumbling block to obtaining modern land documents.
Meanwhile, Dmitry Egorov’s criminal case was unexpectedly closed for everyone. Egorov began to boast on all corners that he had a high-ranking patron and it was true! a certain high-ranking official actually appeared at the previously selected foreign site 179A.
And after some time, hell began for the residents of Rechnik.
On January 20, 2021, apparently coinciding with the date of the demolition of Rechnik on January 20, 2010, more than 60 employees of the Line Department for Water Transport, OMON and SEB of the FSB of the Russian Federation conducted searches in the homes and offices of board members. A criminal case has been initiated on flimsy grounds. So on whose instructions was this action carried out? Who wants to enrich their personal pocket by using employees of various departments, who receive salaries from our taxes, in such large-scale actions? Who is this man who liked the land in the ill-fated Rechnik so much? Luzhkov-2?
Today, Egorov and five accomplices have opened the boardroom, which officially belongs to ROO ST Rechnik, and is threatening residents with the demolition of their houses if they do not write a statement against the activists. The raiders openly post documents from the criminal case materials with passport data provided to them by operatives.
A certain bailiff suddenly began sending demolition orders to residents through the government services website. At the same time, the Moscow City Hall and the Prefecture of the Closed Joint-Stock Company do not know that Rechnik is again going to be demolished!
So who is the customer of this hellish performance? Why does the raider Egorov feel so unpunished? Residents have only one hope, just like 10 years ago, for the top officials of the state and public outcry.
