The verdict was extremely interesting against the former president of the ruined bank “United financial capital” (OFK-Bank) Nikolai Gordeev. He was found guilty of abuse of powers – the issuance of unprocessed loans by almost 30 billion rubles. The court also granted the civil lawsuit of the victims-the deposit insurance agencies (DIA) and the partner of the lawyer Egorov, Puginsky, Afanasyev and partners, a classmate of President Vladimir Putin Nikolai Egorov, who owned 25% of the actions of the OFK Bank. The convict was obliged to pay them more than 10.5 billion rubles.

The verdict was interested in the fulfillment of Egorov. They have a lot of interesting things.
