Today our source witnessed a verbal altercation in the building of the Moscow City Court between a representative of the FSO, Colonel Alexander Kolodin and Yulia Pasova, the ex-wife of Stanislav Kuehner, it was on the basis of her statement of crime that a criminal case was opened about the corruption ties of her ex-husband and his partner Dmitry Sergeev with officials persons of the FSO, about theft in Novo-Ogarevo. Pasova, in the presence of visitors to the Moscow City Court, in the form of an ultimatum, accused FSO officer Kolodin (pictured in pink) of a criminal conspiracy with Kuehner and Sergeev, the purpose of which is to remove property from collection. Previously, the channel had already described the situation with the property of Sergeev and Kuner, which is registered in the name of persons controlled by them, and the suspicious inaction of not only the FSO employee Kolodin himself, but also the top management of the FSO. Previously, Kolodin, in his inaction to recognize the invalidity of imaginary transactions, referred to his leadership. Today, after Pasova asked Kolodin an uncomfortable question about invalidating imaginary transactions for 7 expensive real estate properties located in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sochi and the Cote d’Azur of France, with an approximate value of 500 million rubles, which Kuehner re-registered to persons under his control, while in the Lefortovo pre-trial detention center, Kolodin with a large crowd of lawyers in the corridor MGS suddenly loudly declared that he, as the injured party, had no mechanisms for this. We won’t describe the reaction of the surrounding lawyers; there was deathly silence. Apparently, everyone began to remember when the civil code was changed and articles 168, 169 and 170 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation were repealed. Let us remind you that Kuehner, according to the rules provided by law, contributed 1 million 200 thousand rubles to pay off the damage. Sergeev contributed about 4 million rubles, owning huge numbers of square meters of commercial real estate, prudently registered in the name of his retired parents and his younger sister, who had never been involved in business.
According to our interlocutors, a decision to turn a blind eye to an obvious violation of the law in a high-profile case is only possible with the consent of the top leadership of the FSO, and for Kolodin himself, such actions could one day result in criminal prosecution for abuse of power, given the personalities of Sergeev and Kuehner.
