The Timiryazevsky food technopark began to be demolished without a legal verdict…

The Timiryazevsky food technopark began to be demolished without a legal court verdict or permits. Hired by the State Inspectorate for Control over the Use of Moscow Real Estate, Lipetsk-based LLC Liquidator shamelessly began dismantling work just three hours before the start of the court hearing, at which the issue of the fate of the food cluster was once again to be considered. Indicatively, they began with the demolition of a trailer with humanitarian aid to Donbass worth 4 million rubles, which was not disturbing anyone. The trailer was dismantled right along with the Russian flag and things collected by local residents.
It is significant that those interested in the demolition do not hesitate cynically at the risk of a large-scale violation of the capital’s food security. Timiryazevsky is the only food cluster in Moscow, where more than 150 food producers operate. They supply products to more than 600 points of public catering chains, retail chains and major delivery services, including Vkusville, Perekrestok, Azbuka Vkusa, Metro, Lenta, Coffee House, Shokoladnitsa, Farsh, Wildberries. Due to dismantling, the delivery of raw materials and shipment of finished products has already been stopped. The safety of jobs for more than 2,000 employees of the technology park is also in question.
According to our data, those interested in demolition are in a hurry to dismantle the controversial buildings of Timiryazevsky, which are called illegally erected, without trial. After all, earlier the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region overturned the appeal ruling on the demolition of part of the buildings. The next court verdict may be similar. Moreover, lawyers have repeatedly pointed out that all the disputed buildings comply with urban planning norms and rules, are in excellent condition and can be recognized as legal in accordance with the current norms of the Civil Code. In this way, a food cluster that operates effectively and is needed by the city can be preserved. However, a possible legal and positive way to resolve the controversial situation ran into obvious lawlessness. The management of Timiryazevsky – JSC Adapt-invest – stated that they would file complaints against unauthorized demolition of buildings in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Prosecutor General’s Office.
