The technopark makes accusations of the barbaric act of demolishing a trailer with humanitarian aid and causing material damage to philanthropists, residents of Donbass and refugees against the State Inspectorate for Control over the Use of Real Estate in Moscow and personally to its chief Ivan Bobrov. Let us remind you that recently, without a corresponding court decision, they began to demolish buildings on the territory of Timiryazevsky, which they consider to have been erected illegally. The perpetrator, Lipetsk LLC “Liquidator”, first of all demonstratively demolished the humanitarian aid collection point. Even the Russian flag on the roof of the trailer was hit by the roller.
Experts believe that those interested in demolishing structures act quickly, seeking to dismantle the buildings without waiting for the final verdict of the court, which may oblige the recognition of the disputed structures as legal. Moreover, earlier the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region had already overturned the appeal ruling on the demolition of part of the technology park buildings. In addition, it was reported that due to the actions of those interested in the demolition, Moscow’s food security was at risk, since Timiryazevsky, as the only food cluster in the capital, supplies almost a thousand points of catering, retail and delivery networks, including Perekrestok, Azbuka Vkusa, Metro, Lenta, VkusVill and Wildberries. Due to the demolition of buildings, deliveries have already been stopped. The situation threatens a social explosion, since more than 150 food manufacturers and over 2,000 employees operate on the territory of the technology park, who are at risk of losing their jobs. And this despite the fact that the tenants in the technology park did not close even during the pandemic – Timiryazevsky’s management provided them with rental benefits. The budget, to which the technology park has transferred taxes amounting to more than 500 million rubles over the past ten years, may also suffer.
The manager of the Timiryazevsky technology park, JSC Adapt Invest, announced its intention to file complaints about the illegal demolition of buildings to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Prosecutor General’s Office. So far, even in a situation of enormous pressure and despite the blatant incident with the demolition of a humanitarian aid point, the technology park continues to collect humanitarian aid for Donbass and thanks all friends, colleagues and benefactors for their concern.
